I’m feeling just wonderful these days!! I never thought I’d feel so exuberant about sitting in the middle of one huge moving mess, but I do.

On the first night in our new home, while snuggled in our big bed with our 3 kittens, I said to Dear Wife, “Well, we are now the proud owners of a home worth well over a quarter of a million dollars.” I don’t think that either of us ever thought of it that way!! It’s kind of scary, in a way, eh?? Especially when, in the past, I never thought I’d ever be able to buy my own home.

It may sound odd, but as I look around at the literal “expanse” of this house, with all of its luxuries and upgrades, I’m overwhelmed at this “accomplishment”. I feel, in my heart, the spirits and energies of my mom, my dad and my grandparents (on both sides), and my heart smiles. I am exactly where I should be in my life. I have more than what I ever expected to have, in life, in love. I have the American Dream, and for that, I thank and praise God.
