This week....
1) Today I have an dental appointment this afternoon.
2) Wed & Fri .... I have my PT sessions.
3) Saturday afternoon I have an appointment that my BFF will be attending with me.
Kind of busy this week, but resting and being present each day, enjoying life as much as possible.
