I am in Las Vegas, arrived yesterday. This afternoon I used the hotel gym. I was the only woman there. GO ME! My routine was:
1 hour on the treadmill, 3 mph. 30 minutes weightlifting, abs, and stretching.
It was a functional gym, nothing special. But really, with gyms, that's all one needs.
I am watching "The staircase: Secrets and lies" on Netflix. It's a true crime series. They really try and draw it out, so I had to fast-forward through a way too long and repetitive forensics scene. But I'm still gonna continue watching.
