Wearing: An azure coloured knit nightie, tan coloured shorties, curly hair (unpinned and wild), and bare feet.

Eating & Drinking: I've had some water, decaf coffee (I need to quit coffee in the worst way) and I had a small serving of steel cut oats and a few berries.

Listening to: a little bit of both Cat Stevens and Leonard Cohen.

To-Do List: I gotta get some insurance quotes, shop for new bedding for my new bed, and possibly go for an short walk in the community today (light exercise).

Last Smile: seeing pictures of my b/f married couple's latest visit to the coast (gorgeous photos!!)

Up Next: probably to take a long warm shower, get dolled up for the day, put on some comfy clothes, and then seize the day (Carpe Diem)
