Eating/Drinking: I just had a protein smoothie made with Hemp milk, blackberries and Hemp protein powder and half an banana. Chilled water on the side, too.

Last Smile: The nurse and doctor @ the doctor's office (just had my blood labs drawn this morning) and the post officer staffer at the post office nearest me.
