I'm feeling so very much better, thank Gawd.
I spent a couple of days in the hospital with a large (8 mm in size) painful kidney stone. The stone is too large for me to "pass" normally, so they had to put a stent in my right ureter. I will go back in for surgical removal of the stone on the 20th of this month. I guess they will do lithotripsy and blast it, then pull out the "shards" surgically, via the stent. Until then, I'm taking a lot of meds for pain, spasm and discomfort and am working on ceasing to pee blood. .gif)
For now, though, I am (very happily) back home with my dear wife, who is taking such wonderful care of me.....and my 3 fur babies. My little cat, Tootie, has not left my side since I arrived home yesterday.
I am so very truly blessed.
