Today I got LOTS of exercise but I'd give it back in a hot minute. For those that don't walk long distances in several inches of snow without snow shoes, you won't understand the day my hamstrings and glutes and calves have had today but I persevered and I made it to the ibuprofen bottle so it's okay.
