i still have 2 weeks before I’m supposed to lift anything over ten pounds (lol I don’t think I’ve been very good about that) Anyways.... I walked about a mile and a half round trip to the pond to fish. I also ran up and down my porch steps about ten times. (Quite a few steps) And washed one of my cars. I have been active daily and my muscles are finally coming back! I feel so good and strong and I am dedicated to making myself stronger and healthier all around.
