Today, Monday, I repeated what I did yesterday (quoted below). I really took a long time at the gym to psych myself up to exercise because I did not sleep well the night before (went to bed late- there was some online craft shopping involved), so I was quite tired. But eventually I made it on over to my favorite stairmaster, and it ended up not being too hard to get in my groove.
