Today I did 35 minutes on my favorite stairmaster. I also found that it has a working heart rate monitor. Why it took me several years to notice this is beyond me

. I did the following stairmaster routine:
Level 9 down to 1 (2 minutes each level)
Level 9 down to 1 (1 minute each level)
Level 1 cool down
I stair climbed next to my stairmaster pal (Asian male, very talented and kind). It's nice to be high up in the air next to a fellow comrade.
