Meatless Veggie Sticks (like Fish Sticks), with melted Chao Field Roast 'Cheese' on top and a sprinkling of Chia seeds too. Fresh Lemon sliced up, to squeeze over the Veggie Sticks. Grilled Cauliflower buds (with my favorite vegan Caesar non-dairy dressing on the side).
Quart of water (room temp), to sip on.
Hot herbal tea, later for dessert.
