I am up early, so I can catch Governor Cuomo's press conference on CBSN.

The East Coast is three hours ahead of Pacific Coast time, so I just watch his press conferences because I think he gives us the best picture of what is happening and the incredibly hard choices that Team Cuomo is making as each day goes by.
