Baby Bok Choy soup: Halved baby bok choy's in organic vegetable broth, with chopped scallions, fresh buds of Rosemary (from a bouquet), minced clove of Elephant garlic and a splash of Rice Vinegar.
Dessert will be a tiny slice of a Lemon Tart with candied slices of lemon on top.
Water to drink, and my nightly cup of herbal tea (Lavender/Chamomile) before bedtime.
