Nice way to create a work breakfast, Gemme. I like all the high energy stuff you put into your oatmeal - especially the blueberries.

I saved back a few of the Polish Stuffed Cabbage Rolls, so I can have them for breakfast fare over the next few days.
For breakfast this morning, I warmed up a cabbage roll, then cut it up and put it on top of a small bed of salad greens, and then drizzled my fav Caesar salad dressing over all of it, then topped it off with chopped walnuts and a sprinkling of Chia seeds.
Got to have a hardy breakfast for all the chores I need to get done today (laundry, exercise workout, study time).
