A romaine lettuce wrap made with vegan mayo, slivered sweet red bell pepper, radishes, baby portabello mushroom, slivered almonds (toasted), shredded green cabbage (all organic produce). Then I had a little paper cup of sweet chili sauce to use as a dipping sauce (sweet tooth fix).
Water to drink.
Maybe a coconut cream bar for dessert (if I can find the Nutella).
