Happy birthday, FSF!
Tonight I had a chicken sandwich with avocado oil mayo and pickles plus steamed edamame and the last of the crackers and peppercorn cheese. I also had the odd tomato or two and a couple of Halos. Old lady probiotic prunes for dessert and water to drink.
Found out why I've been so munchy lately. The Red River of Dooooooom has arrived.
