Today I:
- showered (not a given every day, lately)
- went to a lab to have my blood drawn (and broke down crying in the phlebotomist's chair because I was overwhelmed)
- picked up and got trained on a new CPAP (they have had a lot of improvements in the past 12 years)
- managed to make it through the grocery store and get a lot of junk food that I think I might be able to eat - and some nutritious food that I may not be able to eat too
