Had an okay ride this morning. Am in the process of changing my exercise playlist so the ride wasn't as smooth as usual.

This week I:

– rode 29.5 miles for 1h 4m
– did 160 arm rolls

This week's numbers are low compared to my numbers last year, but that's cool because every week doesn't have to have high numbers. I'm good as long as I have some numbers.
