I turn 62 on my birthday soon, so I'm trying to eat only things that will put me in the best shape possible for my doctor's appt on my birthday. I've done well on losing weight and improving my muscle structure, so I tend to drink more water than eat. But when I eat, I stick to vegetarian sources of protein.
Today I had a quart of water before breakfast. For breakfast I had half a cup of Raspberries and Marion berries, and half a cup of steel cut oats.
