I've gone to the gym the past two nights as well. I did just the elliptical on Monday night and tonight I added the water rower in again for a quick 5 minutes at a good enough clip to get me winded and get warm (but not sweaty).
I've held steady on the scale the past couple of nights after a pound and a half drop so I'm headed in the right direction in terms of numbers. Dinner was a little heavy tonight so we'll see how it goes tomorrow morning.
