TOFU...butch style
TOFU....my wife cubes the super firm....adds to ziploc with miso, soy sauce, & I asked for 2 tbsps. peanut butter. I massaged the cubes really well, made sure miso, etc was well mixed & smooth.
I "air fried" them on 375 for 15 minutes...OMG....I WILL surely repeat this recipe.
I added them to my salad, some mango chunks, & it was Deeeeeevine!!
