Had a great ride this morning. Rode 5 miles in just under 21 minutes while watching the
Tour de France bikers head into hilly Lausanne and listening to
EWF and those badass Emotions.
Had a lousy ride yesterday. I shouldn't have even tried. Had medicare radiology imaging payments on my mind and gave up after riding 3 miles. Usually if I get that far into a ride I don't give up, but I cannot ride if I'm really worried about something, laughing hard, or crying. And my last imaging payment was on my mind somethin' fierce.
But today was much better.
