I’ve been doing something similar to what you’re doing, Orema!

Lately, I pan toast (in evoo) 1 circular round of caramelized onion Naan and then I split a small avocado and use half of it on the Naan. I even do two small over easy eggs, to go with it. Very tasty and it satiates my first of the morning round of hunger.

I’m also mowing down on Kara Kara organic oranges .
