I went to bed early last night in prep for a new work schedule; so I took the time to do something healthy for my breakfast.

Two small rounds of Naan, pan toasted in evoo.

On the side, in the same pan: About a half cup of chopped, fresh cabbage, about a quarter of a red bell pepper diced, and about two tablespoons of a kohlrabi salad with quinoa, dried cranberries and cubed squash…. Warming up in the evoo around circles of Naan.

That powers me up my busy day ahead and should carry me until it’s time for supper, after work, tonight.
