This was manifested! There was one elevator out that resulted in extra walking but after all of the events he agreed to go into a wheelchair so I was able to wheel him out to the valet parking I had set up and got him into the car and then back up into his apartment. Apparently he was really rough after the MRI so staff came out to get me and tell me they secured a wheelchair for him. That was golden.

The meeting with the loan officer was full of clarity and we are on a solid trajectory to have closure on this in the next 30-60 days. Woooooo!

OMG totally forgot this was supposed to be two words... my bad!!!
