[Kätzchen]

I miss having the big garden I used to have years ago, but I’ve got a garden on my second story balcony… and the area of my backyard that opens up into a huge field that a nearby school uses for baseball and soccer. I bought some packages of sunflower seeds, several different types of sunflowers. I’m going to make a place for my grand daughter to plant the seeds and over the next twelve weeks of summer, by late August, she will see our sunflowers bloom (just in time for her second birthday).

Hopefully, the peonies by the birdbath survive. The groundskeeper kind of mowed too much of the backyard and some of my peonies were damaged.
