making a baked potato with vegan cheese inside and baking it on the coals of my fire in the fireplace (wish me luck, hoping it works!) When it's ready i'll add sour cream, chives, and and a bit more cheese also a green salad w a homemade vinaigrette & toasted garlic butter baguette slice...
