Player Piano by Kurt Vonnegut Jr
In his debut novel, which came out in 1952, Vonnegut’s protagonist — engineer Paul Proteus, envisaged a dystopian future controlled by computers (AI)… this novel is new to me but wow, so prescient concerning what is happening in our country today. I just started it a few nights ago and it’s strange how this book parallels life today. It’s a good read.
