Here's a Quick Corn Chowder recipe
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each)
condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream style corn
2 cups milk
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
Pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in the soup, corn, milk, cream cheese and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. reduce heat, simmer uncovered, for 5 minutes or until cream cheese is melted.
Yeild: 4-6 servings
