I am lighting a candle today for those who are struggling with mental health issues.

There is a website called Bring Change 2 Mind. It was started by Ron Howard as a director. It is wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. They do psa's, and did a host of them in DC at the train station.

I wish everyone a wonderful holiday weekend.
