after a year fight with my crappy ass mortgage company tooth and nail to modify my loan on the farm today I finally get a ups with the letter
4% FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my payment dropped over 300 a month!
in 2 more months my van is paid off too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND i'm making more money then I have in the past 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally I can take an awesome vacation and have my house helper clean not one but TWO days a week! omg i need champagne!
