Good morning, BFP Floridians!

UofMfan - thank you for that welcome and timely reminder. I trust the thread can now get back to Kat's original intention...so the Florida B/F community can get acquainted and maybe form some new and lasting friendships

Ms. Jo - I know your move date is up in the air, but do you have a date you are shooting for (other than a month ago, lol)? We definitely need to have a "welcome Jo and Abigail Crabby to Florida" party when you are both here!

Only two days until vacation for me...woooohoooo!!! I love what I do with a passion, but I always take a much-needed break every three months or so. We aren't doing anything special except go to Orlando and then to my parents' for a few days. I looked at cruises since they are so inexpensive right now, but I wasn't comfortable being too far afield while my dad is recuperating, even though he is doing extraordinarily well.

Wednesdays are my late day, 1:00-9:00, so I am going to chill for a bit before I take Katie to her babysitter and get to work. I don't like working such a late night, but I have so many clients from Tampa/Bradenton/Sarasota that I offer one late night a week...that way, those who work have the opportunity to get across the bay for hair stuff without always giving up their weekends.

Have a lovely, tropical day!
