I'm humbled.. when a resident thanks me for caring for them. It's a rare thing that occurs.
I'm humbled.. with all the dogs and their trusting nature.
I'm humbled.. by her willingness to open her mind to new possibilities.
I'm humbled.. by the depth of her acceptance. A year ago, she'd have said "I don't think so". Now she says "I love you for YOU, not your body".
I'm humbled.. by coworkers accepting my trans status. Being in the bible belt, it's not really something you want to loudly advertise. The 4 that know, have been awesome about it.
