Mine went out today...
Not super fancy - I wrote on the CD's with a Sharpie!
There is a card with the songs/artists...but they are not in a case... I actually found some of those cloth type CD covers at the DOLLAR STORE-I cannot remember how many there are in the package, but at least 20!
