nods.. I am in total agreement on the banks thing. I actually went with My Mom's advice a long time ago and bank with a credit union. They tend to be a lot more friendly and they do not treat you as though you were a number. I do have a bank as well .. however, it is a small local bank.. not one of those big corporations. Another hot day here.. I will be glad when Fall gets here (My favorite season).. and the temps are cooler. I can not believe that we are in August already.. time just flies. I can not believe that My nephew is going to be graduating in a year and a half.. I look at the photo album I have of him and look at his baby pics and can not believe he is all grown up and will be driving next year. I feel the same of My niece.. she will be going into 5th grade already. God, that makes Me feel old. laughs.

I'm with you Jake. I bank with a credit union and love them...but the house is being short sold so we have to deal with their lender for approval...nightmare.

And oh yea on the niece and nephew thing....mine are now 18 and 22 and I still picture them as toddlers
