Well.....Tropical Storm Hermine (pronounced ehr-MEEN) is approaching the tip of Texas.....THAT was fast!

Austin will get quite a bit of rain from this.....Brownsville is sandbagging (they're right at the tip of Texas, across the Rio Grande River from Matamoros, Mexico).
