I had....
rice noodles...
with thai peanut sauce...
and a whack of veggies all from the garden:
Roasted purple carrots and parsnips
zuchinni
green onion
cilantro
rainbow swiss chard
ALL the veggies came from the garden. My Daddy knows how to grow good food! And we picked that just today... it's almost WINTER. Wheee!
