A really beautiful sunny day that started with an early breakfast of chocolate chip pancakes with warm strawberry syrup and YUMMY Vanilla Cream Coffee....

then a long, slow drive through the country to see fall leaves, ending up at the farmers market.... homemade applebutter to send to my nieces, cinnamon honey sticks, very fresh collard greens...companionship and friendship with fun, heartwarming laughter...the smell of homemade pumpkin & apple breads at the farmers market...a fascinating and neat stroll through McCloud's Antique Car (and "country stuff & tools") Museum (THAT WAS SO COOL!!)

stopping for Hershey's Butter-Pecan Ice Cream in a crunchy sweet waffle cone before going home...

watching Willy have a BLAST ripping about with his new sock monkey, then cuddling with it and using it as a pillow...

enjoying a very good, restful nap where I rested much more than last night...(until Tashi and other muttlies started barking at some crazy squirrel teasing them)

watching all the kitties and muttlies be so happy when fed soft food so I can fatten them up for winter...

Enjoying a nice, peaceful evening and a yummy homemade crispy chicken & bacon ranch salad dinner...

knowing I can cuddle & snuggle under my favorite quilt, handmade by my best friend, on this very chilly night...as she said it's like "wrapping yourself in a hug"...

bad feelings and stress being evaporated by a beautiful day....
