Why is it, when you're feeling horridly Ill, and somehow u manage to appear "alright" so the other person won't be worried and stop mid-shopping...Suddenly everything is astonishingly snail pace and frivolous...
"Yum..bagel chips, for midnight snack?"
"Umm, Nah.."
"U sure u dont want Root Beer?"
-twitch- "No, I'm good..Can we pay now?"
"But what about snacks for later?"
"I'm sure I can whip somethin up, let's go"
"We don't have crunch n munch"
-twitch twitch- "Ok, get some..."~adds 5 boxes~
"U ok?"
"Yes, nothing sitting in the car won't fix.."
I never realized how many steps it took to reach the cashier line...
I was thisclose to sitting on the coca-cola display and giving hym my visa card with a "merry christmas" smile..
