.....when you work up a real good mad on before calling the credit card company,
to argue about the unfairness of the interest charges they award themselves simply because their accounting bill cycle straddles 2 paper billing cycles.......

and the sweet person on the other end of the phone agrees with you instantaneously and removes the charges from your bill?

Now what am I supposed to do with all this righteous indignation?!?
