A co-worker telling me she likes me and that I'm "smart and fun" and she's glad I work at Lowe's.

Friendliness, kindness, and laughter goes a long well and can make or break a workplace. My job may be minimum wage and my hours may range anywhere from 28-38 hours a week, but the nice co-workers and minimal stress are keeping me there.

Is that such a bad thing?
