Went to the doctor yesterday for my ribs... they did rush me (their idea not mine of rush) me in to have a c-scan to make sure I hadn't damaged my liver... turns out it is just muscle issues... I think I would have rather broken something... On a happy note, in the last 2 1/2 months I have lost over 30 lbs... I knew I had lost but not that much... Yeah me!
