1)..this elderly couple that comes in for pizza 2-3 times a month came in...very sweet couple..been together forever..she comes in after him and hands me a gift wrapped item and said "Merry Christmas" was totally unexpected but made me smile from ear to ear.

2) later on in the afternoon these 2 older ladies(both grandmas to the little 4 y.o boy that was with them.....the older lady was looking for some "real chicken",but the little boy wanted pizza so i knelt down(yanno so we were eye to eye) and asked him his name. "Nahim" he said quietly. So i asked him if he would like to make his own pizza..his eyes lit up like a christmas tree.....fast forward to pizza being done,boxed and handed to him..he handed to his grandma and came towards me,i bent down and he gave me the biggest hug and said "thank you..this is the best gift ever" moments like today is what keeps me putting up with all the bullshit!
