Good evening everyone
I browned some thin-sliced pork chops, layered them over basmati rice, sprinkled salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic, poured some chicken broth over top, covered it in foil and slid it in the oven. It smells good, but it's taking longer than expected (and I'm hungry!)

I've got homemade bread rising in the pans, so that will go in soon....and ready to steam some broccoli and carrots. Once that's all done, dinner will be served.
I'll take a cup of that coffee though Jake

...as long as you don't mind if I put in a dollop of Bailey's.
