The typical French "réveillon", although missing will be oysters on the half-shell: foie gras on toasted Balthazar sourdough, grilled scallops in a bacon shirt with maple glaze, wild Irish smoked salmon with chestnut blinis, avocado with bay shrimps in a basil mayonnaise, endive salad with Roquefort, pecans and pear in vinaigrette, honey lavender madeleines with mocha/ginger chocolate mousse, and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot to welcome the New Year!
