Good morning everyone and welcome to the thread sylvie!

Coffee is on, but no food yet...the nurse shows up at 8 a.m. to do fasting blood tests and other stuff on Scoote and I (a requirement of my company for health insurance). Of course, I'm stressed and freaked out because I'm so needle-phobic. Ugh! I'll be back when it's over!
