Wild rice
shrimp in garlic and some kind of sauce
salad with black olives apples cheese dried cranberries and 2 sweet peppers
and sliced kiwi
IT WAS LISHHHHHH! YUMMY YUMMY!!! I'm so fortunate to have a roomie that can cook healthy stuff for me. Don't get me wrong she cooks real good unhealthy stuff to...ROFL!!!
