Tonight we had pan seared marinated butterfly pork chops, spicy green beans ala Pinky, and brown sugar and cinnamon glazed oven roasted sweet potatoes. The whole wonderful meal had only olive oil and natural herbs. No butter and no salt! DEEEEEEEELICIOUSSSSSS!!!!
