He cracked me up last time. Scoote was some distance from the rest of us and out knee-deep in the water when a strange dog (looked like a pitbull) went running up to her. Are you guys allowed to have your dogs on the beach year round? Or just some areas? We are only allowed in the Fall (and I assume, winter).
