In which case it will like bright light, but not direct sun ....and don't water or feed it too much. In fact, if you're keeping the soil damp, that is most likely the problem. They like to dry out pretty well between watering. Make sure the top few inches of soil are totally dry before you water.

How cool - I was gonna guess maybe a type of dragon plant, but Lady Palm looks right to me. I'd never heard of them before - what a cool name for a plant.
